Hours could be increased if interested Responsibilities: Support office administration and reception, maintaining the overall office appearance and providing a welcoming, wellfunctioning environment for employees and visitors Provide remote door access, greeting guests, and coordinating visitors, routing people to the appropriate person or area Manage the collection and distribution of all mail and deliveries Monitor and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies Liaise with building property management company for needed repairs Support Human Resources as time permits, including logistical support for staff socials, trainings, etc. This role will work out of our Boston based office two days a week, six hours a day at minimum. This is a fully onsite, parttime position. The ideal candidate enjoys working both independently and collaboratively with people in a fastpaced environment with the flexibility to move quickly and effectively between tasks.
